Need help logging on

for several weeks Ive been trying to log into my Reagan account. I forgot my password, so I went to reset my password and ended up having to reset my password six times. At each time it tells me my password is accepted and I can login however, when I go back to login, it doesnt recognize the password, I have been dealing with this now for two weeks. Ive left every message I could possibly leave. I dont know what else to do except close the account and open a different email and I would rather not do that.

I have requested help times three weeks for my Reagan account which Ive had for years. I have reset my password at least 10 times. It will tell me that the password has been accepted and I can login I go back to the login page. It doesnt accept my password, so something is really wrong with this and I need to speak to a human being to try to get help

reagan.com is just a shell with everything farmed out and not support. I got the email to be able to communicate with my friend who is on reagan email.

The whole reagan.com thing is just a name, hosted by a fly-by-night email company. Said company farms out (a) mail filtering and (b) support to two different companies.

It blocks most messages I send to my friend, the blocking messages come from "emailsrvr.com" and when I try to get support, it comes from yet another company called "zendesk.com". The support people seem to have no way to communicate with or fix things with the blocking people, so even the most innocuous messages continue to be blocked.

AVOID REAGAN.COM !!

Problem with my email.

My email messages would not come into my In-Box. They automatically went directly into my Trash. Some of them went into Spam. I tried numerous times spending hours waiting for their Chat Room representatives to contact me with a solution. I started on Tuesday the 23rd and as of today January 25th I have not been contacted. I have been in the queue No. 1 now for 4 hours with no reply. This has been going on for 3 days. They will not respond. I'm looking for a new email provider.

Purchased a REAGAN email account for ONE reason! I didnt want my in box overloaded with unwanted span/phishing garbage. This has not been the case. Im getting TONS of unwanted garbage emails every day. Absolutely disgusted with the service!

I do not need your services anymore. Cancel my subscription so I can receive my emails without interruptions. Too old to jump thru your hoops. I had this subscription in excess of 15 years. Last year or so has been intolerable. That's it.

CEDonWhat happened was. My email stopped working (could not send or receive) for 7 days. I found a customer support phone number on line. Called it three times and left messages. I tried the live chat over 30 times. I texted or emailed from another device atleast 20 times Never one response. When it finally got to working again i saw they responded to my inquirys their EMAIL of all things. How do you respond to email when teh email is not working. Terrible

Currently, 10/18/2023, I cannot login. Successful password resets are indicated, but login attempts rejected. Correct secret security question is rejected. During the previous two weeks confusing messages were received citing a maintenance problem, required mailbox updating, cache emptying, and requiring that links be followed. I began doubting the authenticity of the message senders and sought help from "No Support." I'm screwed. I can't even receive an email from Support. I have said many times that technology will be our downall. Well?

Have two accounts, one for business, one for home. Both locked out in the last day or two all of the sudden. Support is really non existent, was able to get an email back from customer care, tried their solution, but still could not log in or get past security question/answer to change password, etc...Then they started deleting any emails I wrote or received from member support. Service was great for years, but now need to deal with redirecting contacts to new email service and try to salvage any emails left. Very disappointed, no phone access to talk to someone for help.

To be responded to with dignity and respect and not ignored and damn sure not having to depend upon the response of your online chat/ help ! That is a complete disgrace in my opinion! It is completely disrespectful to not provide a means of person to person phone contract ; you can take the money from users or potential users but can NOT provide any help that a user may have ; questions or concerns . You have responded to my requests by sending me an email with my question but without any answers only a link to your absolutely useless chat / help clouds ; very disappointed !

Often I cannot sign in on my laptop or cell phone. Don't know if I have been hacked or reagan mail is just bad. Today, oct 14, 2023, I cannot sign in at all, all day long. And, there is no such thing as support. A live voice is totally out of the question. For $40 per year I expect more. And, I get tons of spam everyday...

My email was hacked and my password and other things within my service were changed. Initially, there was NO contact information. The problems began shortly after I signed up for 3 more years of email service and they have refused to adequately respond to my request for help; nor will they credit the money I've paid them for the re-up back to my CC...WHICH IS--of course--ABJECT theft. This is no longer the company it used to be and appears to have moved to the far Left
